Job Overview
We’re looking for a detail-driven marketing assistant who thrives behind the scenes, ensuring every contact, campaign, and conversion is tracked, accurate, and optimized. From CRM management and data integrity to reporting, website updates, and paid ad tracking across Facebook, Google, Bing, and LinkedIn — your work will directly power smarter marketing decisions.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Sydney (40 hours per week)
3 month project, with a potential of regularization depending on performance
Core Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day marketing operations and administrative tasks
- Assist with marketing activities, including data checks and preparation
- Maintain CRM accuracy, ensuring contacts, deals and marketing records are up to date
- Assist with CRM administration, including:
- Monthly contact clean-ups and resets
- Regular data backups (contacts, deals and marketing assets)
- Assist with operational and process support, including:
- Cleaning up inactive or outdated CRM information
- Maintaining internal boards, systems and workflows
- Support marketing performance tracking, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
- Follow established processes and contribute to continuous improvement
- Provide general cross-functional support during peak periods
Collaboration & Co-Tasking
- Co-support monthly marketing reporting, including preparation and validation
- Assist with marketing analytics, ensuring accuracy across reporting outputs
- Support paid advertising tracking, including Facebook, Google, Bing and LinkedIn spend
- Work together to maintain CRM data integrity related to marketing and reporting
- Co-support website maintenance and updates, including:
- Updating forms and open home forms
- Refreshing landing pages
- Maintaining property and content pages
- Assist with digital content accuracy, ensuring website information remains current
- Support internal linking and basic SEO hygiene
- Assist with open home feedback updates and related website entries
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (Preferably HubSpot or Monday.com)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and websites
- Confident working collaboratively and following established systems

- This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
