We are seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Outreach Specialist to build and nurture strategic referral partnerships within the home services industry. Client Overview
A growing water damage restoration company based in Kansas that helps homeowners recover from emergencies such as flooding and leaks. The company has built a strong referral-based model by partnering with plumbers, HVAC technicians, and other home service professionals.
They are now scaling their partnership network and need dedicated support to systematize and expand outreach efforts.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Central Time (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cold calling campaigns to plumbers, HVAC companies, and home service businesses to establish referral partnerships
- Present company services and referral fee structures using proven scripts and processes
- Schedule face-to-face meetings between the business owner and potential referral partners
- Engage in local Facebook contractor groups and professional communities
- Build and maintain relationships with home service professionals across social media platforms
- Maintain consistent daily outreach activities across phone and social media channels
- Represent the company professionally in all partner communications
- Track partnership development progress and maintain organized contact databases
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling and phone-based sales or business development
- Strong communication skills and natural relationship-building ability
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Facebook groups and professional networking
- Comfortable working with scripts while maintaining an authentic, conversational tone
- Availability to work early business hours consistently (CST schedule)
- Self-motivated with the ability to maintain high daily activity levels independently
- Bonus: Experience in B2B outreach, partnership development, or the home services industry
- Helpful: Patience and skill in handling conversations with stressed or frustrated customers
