Job Description:
As a Social Media & Website Manager, you will develop and execute strategies that strengthen online brand presence, increase engagement, and drive website traffic. You will oversee social media platforms, implement SEO best practices, manage website performance, and continuously improve the digital customer journey. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in SEO, content management, analytics, and campaign execution.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content aligned with brand voice and objectives
- Monitor trends and audience behavior to adjust strategy accordingly
- Manage paid social media campaigns and measure ROI
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments professionally
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Optimize website content, metadata, and structure
- Analyze traffic and user behavior using analytics tools
- Collaborate with content and development teams to integrate SEO best practices
Website Management
- Oversee website content and ensure accuracy and performance optimization
- Improve site functionality, navigation, and user experience
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
- Optimize for mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
- Conduct user experience testing to improve conversion rates
Campaign & Digital Growth
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase traffic and lead generation
- Ensure consistency across all digital platforms
- Stay updated on emerging platforms and digital trends
Customer Experience & CRM
- Ensure a seamless online customer journey
- Implement and manage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
- Monitor digital customer feedback and recommend improvements
- Work cross-functionally to enhance customer satisfaction and conversion
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics
- Provide weekly updates and monthly reports to leadership
- Refine strategies based on performance data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in social media, SEO, and website management
- Proven track record of increasing engagement and improving SEO rankings
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
- Graphic design experience (Adobe Suite or similar)
- Experience with paid social campaigns
- Experience implementing or managing CRM systems
