We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor & Animation Specialist to join our team. • Monday - Friday l 2:00 PM to 6:00PM (4 hours per day) Flexible, outcome-based; 20 paid hours per week l Singapore time

Key Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop high-converting video concepts for social media ads
• Translate concepts into compelling visual stories using detailed storyboards
• Produce high-quality, engaging videos optimized for social media and paid campaigns
• Incorporate advanced animation techniques (2D, 3D, motion graphics) to enhance visual storytelling
• Optimize videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure videos align with branding and campaign goals
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high production quality

Must-Have Skills

• Proven expertise in professional video editing
• Advanced animation skills (2D, 3D, motion graphics)
• Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent software
• Experience with animation software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience producing high-converting social media ads
• Familiarity with current social media trends and content formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing strategy
• Experience collaborating with marketing or creative teams in a remote environment

Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
