Responsibilities
Transfer customer information from emails to manufacturer warranty websites (Honda, Subaru, Mazda, and other major brands)
Input customer names, vehicle details, mileage, and contact information with precision
Process service-related warranty claims and documentation
Log warranty issues and repairs into appropriate manufacturer portals
Maintain accurate records of daily warranty administration activities
Handle systematic data entry tasks that become routine once learned
Coordinate directly with the warranty administrator on daily workflows
Support potential expansion into additional administrative tasks as the business grows
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry work
Excellent English communication skills for client coordination
Comfortable working with web-based platforms and manufacturer portals
Ability to work independently and manage daily task workflows
Reliable internet connection and professional work setup
Bonus: experience with automotive terminology or warranty processes

Qualifications
Experience with automotive service or warranty systems is a plus
