Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 12pm-5pm EST, Ontario, Canada (Eastern time, 20 hours per week, 4 hours daily)

Scope:
- Training provided on company-specific systems and processes
- Potential for role expansion as the company grows and adds new processes
- Preferred starting date: March 1st
Responsibilities:
- Input and organize utility bills for multiple properties
- Process property tax bills and maintain accurate records
- Handle maintenance request documentation affiliated with invoicing
- Perform general data entry tasks related to property management
- Inputting information into property management systems
- Maintain organized filing systems for property-related documents
- Manage utility tracking for multiple properties
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and a number-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Experience with Yardi property management software (preferred but not required)
- Data entry experience preferred
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace for remote work
