Client Overview
Our client is a growing software as a service (SaaS) company based in Latin America, specializing in HR technology solutions. They offer a comprehensive suite of products, including recruitment automation, interview automation, and performance review tools designed for HR departments. As they expand into the US market, they are seeking a Sales Representative to help drive market traction and business growth.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Calgary time (Mountain Time), (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various prospecting methods and channels
- Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and qualify potential clients in the US market
- Schedule and conduct initial product demonstrations to potential clients
- Handle end-to-end sales processes from lead generation through to closing
- Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with leadership on demo calls and receive training on product offerings
- Provide feedback and suggestions on sales strategies and market opportunities
- Support existing markets when needed (Spanish language skills preferred but not required)
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record in lead generation and closing sales
- Professional communication skills and ability to conduct professional product demonstrations
- Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot or similar platforms preferred)
- Experience in SaaS or software sales is highly preferred
- Being bilingual in Spanish and English is a strong advantage but not mandatory
- Available to work Calgary time zone hours
- Ability to adapt to custom internal systems and tools
