Job Overview
We are seeking a Facebook Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the social media presence of multiple clients across Facebook and Instagram, including paid advertising campaigns. Client Overview
The client is a digital marketing-focused organization managing multiple brands and accounts. They prioritize engaging content, consistent branding, and data-driven advertising strategies to help clients grow their online presence and revenue.

Schedule

  • Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM [Client Timezone] (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage client Facebook and Instagram accounts, including posting, engagement, and community management
  • Create, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager (ads, boosted posts, Marketplace ads)
  • Develop engaging photo and video content aligned with client brand guidelines
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies to improve ROI
  • Collaborate with clients to understand goals and recommend marketing strategies
  • Ensure content consistency across multiple platforms and client accounts
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality and performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content creation for Facebook and Instagram (applications with portfolios will be prioritized)
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, including ads, boosted posts, and Marketplace campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing best practices and KPIs
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience managing multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Video editing and production skills for social media content
  • Direct client-facing experience and account management background
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting
  • Knowledge of paid ad strategies for local businesses

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
