Client Overview
The client operates in the insurance industry, providing meaningful coverage solutions that help individuals protect what matters most. They value candidates who are self-motivated, communicative, and comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment.

Schedule

  • Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST (40 work hours per week, including 1-hour unpaid break)

Responsibilities

  • Log into and navigate the company CRM system daily to manage the lead pipeline
  • Make outbound calls to newly purchased leads using the integrated dialer
  • Follow up with existing leads to maintain engagement and move prospects forward
  • Update CRM records with detailed call outcomes, prospect information, and next steps
  • Qualify prospects and determine appropriate next steps in the sales process
  • Transfer qualified leads to licensed insurance agents for appointment setting and closing
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all prospect interactions
  • Monitor lead response rates and optimize calling strategies for maximum effectiveness

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills for phone-based prospect interactions
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to quickly learn CRM navigation
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote calling
  • Availability to work during standard business hours
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bonus: previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or customer service
  • Bonus: comfort with rejection and maintaining positive energy through multiple calls

Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems or sales pipelines is helpful
  • Ability to track and report metrics accurately
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic in a remote environment

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
