You’ll be the backbone of a thriving legal practice, handling everything from client communications to financial record-keeping. Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Eastern Time (Canada), 20 work hours per week

Responsibilities
- Create and manage invoices for legal services and prepare retainer agreements for new clients
- Conduct ID checks and client verification processes with attention to detail
- Clean up and organize email inboxes, maintaining professional client communications
- Maintain organized filing systems and handle client intake documentation
- Perform monthly bookkeeping tasks including expense reconciliation and financial record management
- Send professional emails to clients on behalf of the firm, representing the practice with excellence
- Keep client folders organized and up-to-date with all relevant documentation
- Provide general administrative support and adapt to growing business needs
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) - you’ll be representing a legal practice
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities for handling confidential information
- Experience with basic bookkeeping and financial record keeping
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive legal information
- Proficiency in email management and general administrative tasks
- Bonus if you have experience in legal environments or with legal documentation
- It helps if you’re comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
