Client Overview
Our client is a financial services company specializing in vehicle loans and personal loans. They manage a high volume of warm, inbound leads from customers who have already applied for vehicle financing. This is a B2C sales role focused on speed, efficiency, and conversion. You will contact interested applicants immediately, complete loan applications over the phone, and guide customers through the financing process to maximize approval and conversion rates.
There is no cold calling — every lead has already expressed interest and submitted an application. However, speed is critical. Conversion rates drop significantly when leads are not contacted within five minutes of arrival, making responsiveness a key performance factor.
Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM (New Zealand Time) | 1-hour unpaid break | 48 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Contact inbound leads within five minutes of arrival via phone
- Complete full loan applications with customers over the phone
- Follow up with applicants who have expressed interest in vehicle finance
- Guide customers through the application process to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prioritize lead response during peak availability hours (particularly after-work hours)
- Maintain high call volume and rapid responsiveness throughout working hours
- Consistently meet performance targets and conversion goals
- Accurately log all customer interactions in CRM and phone systems
- Maintain punctuality and full attendance during scheduled shifts
Requirements
- Mid- to senior-level sales experience (junior-level applicants will not be considered)
- Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in a B2C sales environment
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, performance-driven, and comfortable with commission-based compensation structures
- Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently over the phone
- Persistent yet professional approach to customer engagement
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
- Reliable attendance and strong commitment to scheduled work hours
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Highly Preferred:
- Experience in financial services, lending, or loan application processing
Side Note:
This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on performance during the application process.
