Job Overview:
You’ll be the research and outreach engine behind high-impact M&A deals and fundraising initiatives in the technology space. This role puts you at the center of deal flow, where your research directly influences million-dollar transactions, and your outreach connects key players in the tech ecosystem. You’ll work directly with deal processes, building the intelligence and relationships that make complex transactions happen.
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, between 9 am and 5 pm, EST (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns to investors, buyers, and potential clients per project via email and LinkedIn
- Conduct comprehensive market research on technology companies, including funding history, valuations, and transaction analysis
- Customize and distribute pitch decks, investment memos, and marketing materials to qualified prospects
- Research and analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics across tech sectors
- Build and maintain databases of contacts, market intelligence, and research findings
- Support business development efforts for both active deals and new client acquisition
- Create personalized outreach templates and messaging for different stakeholder types
- Gather intelligence on companies’ funding rounds, acquisition prices, and strategic positioning
Requirements:
- Previous experience in marketing outreach, business development, lead generation, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven track record with email marketing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Strong research and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling, personalized messages
- Experience with prospect research and lead qualification
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple research projects simultaneously
- Bonus if you have experience in financial services, M&A, or startup ecosystems
