Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to dental offices from provided lead lists
- Qualify prospects and assess their interest in marketing services
- Schedule appointments between qualified leads and the sales team
- Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and move them through the pipeline
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and outcomes
- Work with pre-qualified lead lists targeting dental practices specifically
- Focus exclusively on appointment setting without pitching or conducting demos
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in appointment setting or inside sales
- Strong communication and phone skills with professional telephone manner
- Experience in healthcare or dental industry is a bonus
- Comfortable with CRM systems and lead management tools
- Ability to work during business hours aligned with dental office schedules
- Self-motivated and results-oriented approach to lead qualification
