Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Sydney, (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Manage pre-construction phase documentation and processes
- Process progress claims and invoices within 24 hours of stage completion
- Set up and maintain stage payment schedules in Wunderbuild
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and organized before each construction stage
- Track and document all project adjustments and variations
- Maintain accurate project schedules from pre-construction through completion
- Process and organize quality control certificates and compliance documentation
- Support client communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist with final council sign-offs and certification collection
- Maintain systematic filing of all project-related documentation
- Pre-construction phase management and documentation
- Progress claims and invoicing processes

Requirements
- Experience with construction project management software, particularly Wunderbuild
- Strong understanding of construction industry terminology and processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to maintain systematic documentation processes
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with progress claims and construction invoicing
- Understanding of construction quality control processes and documentation

- This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
