Position Details
- Location: Remote (Must be India-based).
- Schedule: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST (Monday – Friday).

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Strategy: Design and execute our full-cycle recruitment strategy, from sourcing top-tier AI and creative talent to building a seamless onboarding experience.
- Policy Architecture: Develop and implement foundational HR policies and programs that align with our unique startup culture and ensure full compliance with Indian Labor Laws.
- Total Rewards: Create our first compensation strategy and benefits framework to attract and retain elite talent.
- Growth & Development: Build performance management and career development programs that empower our team to grow alongside the company.
- Culture Building: Foster a positive, inclusive workplace environment where innovation thrives.
- Strategic Partnership: Partner directly with the leadership team to plan for long-term organizational design and workforce scaling.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years of HR experience, ideally within a high-growth tech startup or a specialized creative agency.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR fundamentals, best practices, and a strong comfort level with Indian labor codes and statutory compliance.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and is comfortable "wearing multiple hats."
- Recruitment Grit: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment in a competitive talent market.
- Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on transparency and empathy.
- Bonus: Previous experience implementing an HRIS or building an HR tech stack from scratch.
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
