We are seeking a highly organized, metrics-driven Sales & Marketing Operations professional to build and manage our foodservice reorder system.

This is an operational revenue support role focused on:

  • Customer follow-up
  • CRM management

Core Responsibilities

1. HubSpot Ownership & CRM Management

(HubSpot organization is a core responsibility)

  • Maintain clean, structured contact and company records
  • Manage pipelines for:
    • Foodservice accounts
    • Retail chain buyers
    • Prospect outreach
  • Create and maintain custom properties
  • Manage workflows, automation, and task assignments
  • Ensure all communication is logged and organized
  • Maintain dashboards and KPI visibility
  • Update deal stages in the Foodservice Reorder Pipeline
  • Ensure tasks are executed on schedule
  • Maintain accurate reporting dashboards

2. Foodservice Reorder Management

  • Pull weekly sales reports from:
    • Shopify
    • Sysco Marketplace
    • Faire
    • Airgoods
  • Update CRM with order history and segmentation
  • Categorize operators (New / Repeat / Dormant)
  • Track reorder frequency and revenue per account

3. Operator Outreach & Follow-Up

  • Execute structured email follow-ups to:
    • First-time buyers
    • Repeat operators
    • Dormant accounts
  • Log responses and feedback in CRM
  • Schedule follow-up calls where applicable
  • Support testimonial collection and case study development

4. Sales Reporting & KPI Tracking

Provide weekly reporting including:

  • Operators contacted
  • Response rate
  • Reorder rate (%)
  • Days between orders
  • Monthly foodservice revenue
  • Dormant account count

Establish a consistent reporting cadence with full KPI visibility.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or CRM management
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required)
  • Comfortable managing outbound email workflows
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Comfortable working directly with a founder in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

  • CPG or food industry experience
  • Foodservice or distributor channel exposure
  • Experience supporting small brands scaling from early-stage revenue

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
