In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our executive operations, managing inboxes, coordinating schedules, streamlining communication, and ensuring every detail runs flawlessly.

Scope

  • Supporting three senior executives simultaneously
  • Working with a global team (UK headquarters with international remote staff)
  • Part of a 30-40 person organization in the sports/boxing industry
  • Direct communication and coordination with leadership team
  • Potential for additional responsibilities as the company grows

Responsibilities

  • Manage email inboxes for three executives (CEO, Commercial Director, Brand Director)
  • Handle administrative tasks and coordination across the leadership team
  • Organize and schedule meetings for executives
  • Pass on messages and communications to other team members as needed
  • Conduct quick research calls on behalf of executives
  • Provide general administrative support to speed up executive workflows
  • Coordinate between the leadership team and other departments

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple executives simultaneously
  • Experience managing executive calendars and email systems
  • Professional demeanor when representing executives
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company environment

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
