Job Overview
You’ll take ownership of moving personal injury cases forward from initial filing through resolution, working directly with attorneys to ensure clients receive exceptional service. This role puts you at the center of case progression, where your personal injury expertise and attention to detail directly impact client outcomes. Client Overview

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Mountain Time (Denver), (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Send out letters of representation (LORs) to insurance companies and third parties
• Manage medical records requests and coordinate follow-up processes.
• Handle ongoing client communication and provide case status updates
• Assist attorneys with case preparation and legal documentation
• Collaborate closely with the lead paralegal and legal team
• Perform comprehensive case management for personal injury matters
• Maintain organized case files and ensure timely task completion

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of personal injury case management experience
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with clear English communication
• Knowledge of personal injury legal procedures and documentation requirements
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases
• Bonus if you have experience with Clio case management software
• It helps if you have experience with medical records coordination and insurance communications
