We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to play a critical role in generating high-quality leads for the sales team. Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Brisbane Time with a 30-minute paid break (8 hours per day / 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads across Australia to support mortgage brokers
  • Manage and maintain accurate lead data within Hubspot CRM
  • Achieve and exceed measurable targets, with the ability to produce qualified leads on a daily basis
  • Collaborate with management to refine lead generation strategies and processes
  • Provide professional and consistent engagement with prospective clients over calls and emails
  • Adapt approaches based on market conditions and feedback to optimise lead generation
  • Actively participate in team meetings, sharing real-time insights and regularly contributing to process improvements
  • Identify key target areas and LOBs
  • Create periodic reporting for updates with superiors

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation within financial services or mortgage brokering
  • Track record of producing both high-volume, and high-quality leads for niche services on a regular basis in order to meet tier 1 sales targets
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently as a trusted partner and provide strategic input rather than simply executing tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional sales presence
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Hubspot
  • Strong analytical skills to assess, report, pivot and optimize lead generation performance
  • Comfortable with technology and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and workflows
  • Experience or capability to work as a proactive partner for lead generation initiatives, providing insights and strategic input rather than acting solely as an order-taker
  • Other duties as assigned
