Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and reduce reliance on costly lead generation platforms
- Create engaging content, including blogs, videos, and educational materials, to highlight the company’s unique all-in-one inspection services
- Build and manage social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns targeting estate agents and property professionals
- Create graphic design materials for marketing initiatives and referral programs
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations across all digital marketing efforts
- Develop educational content to help prospects understand the value of comprehensive inspection services
- Manage video editing and content production to showcase previous inspections and company expertise
- Work independently while providing regular updates and obtaining approval for campaign execution
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in SEO, content marketing, and social media management
- Strong skills in graphic design and video editing
- Experience with email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing strategies
- Ability to work independently while delivering strategic recommendations
- Strong analytical and performance-tracking capabilities
