You’ll be part of a two-person team, providing essential support for extended hours and potentially taking on additional responsibilities as you grow with the company.

Join a thriving chain of 24⁄7 gas stations in the bustling Seattle area. Our client, a second-generation family business, operates multiple locations and is at the forefront of efficient fuel management. They’re seeking dedicated professionals to play a crucial role in their operations, ensuring seamless fuel supply and top-notch customer service.

Schedule: Monday - Friday,  6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Pacific Time (Seattle), with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor fuel levels hourly using an advanced online tank monitor portal
  • Send accurate text message reports of current fuel levels for each store to the owner
  • Maintain high levels of attention to detail and consistency in reporting
  • Track and report competitor pricing from online sources
  • Record fuel deliveries in the tank monitor system
  • Assist with billing management using Microsoft Excel
  • Adapt to changing business needs and take on additional administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks
  • Proficiency with online portals and Microsoft Excel
  • Reliability and consistency in work performance
  • Ability to work adjusted hours to align with the Pacific Time Zone (Seattle)
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
  • Discretion in handling sensitive business information
  • Adaptability to learn new systems and take on expanded responsibilities
  • Team player mentality, working effectively as part of a two-person monitoring team

Side Note

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
