Role Overview
YYou’ll join an innovative YouTube content creation team that is revolutionizing how animated videos are produced for children. Using state-of-the-art AI tools, you’ll help bring creative ideas to life while working within a structured and proven workflow. This role offers the ideal blend of creative expression and organized processes. You’ll master emerging AI technology while contributing to content that both entertains and educates young viewers. As the channel grows, there is potential for this role to expand into a full-time opportunity within a scaling digital media operation.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, with a one-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality images using provided AI tools and platforms
- Transform AI-generated images into engaging short video clips using specialized software
- Execute creative tasks by following detailed step-by-step instructions and established workflows
- Apply independent creative thinking to enhance content within defined guidelines
- Assemble short video components into cohesive segments for longer-form videos
- Support the overall video production pipeline with reliable and consistent output
- Adapt quickly to new AI tools and creative software as technology evolves
- Maintain quality standards while meeting production deadlines and volume targets
Requirements
- Creative mindset with demonstrated ability to work independently on visual content
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow comprehensive step-by-step instructions accurately
- Familiarity with AI content creation, AI prompting, and basic video editing
- Comfortable learning and mastering new AI tools and digital creative platforms
- Basic understanding of image creation and video production workflows
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote collaboration
- Experience with AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion) is a plus
- Familiarity with video editing software or animation tools is preferred
- Experience creating content for children or family audiences is a strong advantage
Side Note:
This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
