You’ll be a key player in delivering end-to-end digital solutions for growing businesses, collaborating closely with designers, strategists, and marketers across exciting global projects.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (NSW, Australia), with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Build custom HubSpot CMS websites using HubL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and HubDB
- Develop and refine themes, modules, and templates to improve UX and streamline content management
- Create and manage private apps, serverless functions, and API integrations to expand HubSpot’s capabilities
- Optimize for performance, accessibility, SEO, and adhere to modern web development best practices
- Ensure lightning-fast page speeds and strong Core Web Vitals
- Track progress and manage tasks via Asana and time-tracking tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver stunning, high-converting websites
- Troubleshoot issues and debug with a detail-oriented mindset
- Stay ahead of the curve with HubSpot CMS trends and features
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in HubSpot CMS development, ideally in a design agency setting
- Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HubL, and HubDB
- Solid experience with API development, private apps, and serverless functions using Node.js or Python
- Familiarity with HubSpot’s Design Manager, CRM objects, and custom module creation
- Strong grasp of Core Web Vitals, structured data, web accessibility, and security
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proven experience using Asana and other project management tools
- Strong documentation habits and a collaborative mindset
- Bonus points for React or Vue.js, HubSpot certifications, Google Tag Manager, SEO strategy, or marketing automation experience
