Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with mandatory experience in Streamline VR. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping functions, bill pay processes, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm CST with 1 hour unpaid break

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain financial records using Streamline VR (mandatory)
- Handle accounts payable, bill pay, and vendor payments
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Assist with month-end closing tasks
- Record and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding payment and account inquiries
- Maintain organized digital financial documentation
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with Streamline VR
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles
- Experience with accounts payable and bill pay processes
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
