Scope:
- Starts at 10 hours per week with potential for growth

Responsibilities:
- Execute front-end tasks for the Conference Speaking Accelerator service including ChatGPT research and content generation
- Organize AI-generated output into Google Docs and transfer data into spreadsheets for client processing
- Manage calendar coordination by matching client availability with prospect calendars using provided links
- Send scheduling emails with multiple date options and calendar links to prospects
- Maintain CRM system with regular data entry and client information updates
- Handle various administrative tasks that support the overall business operations
Requirements:
- Proficiency with ChatGPT and AI content generation tools
- Experience working with CRM systems for data management and client tracking
- Strong organizational skills for managing Google Docs and spreadsheet data
- Excellent written communication skills for client and prospect correspondence
- Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling coordination
- Basic video editing capabilities or willingness to learn Opus Clip software
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently during assigned hours
