This role requires a detail-oriented professional who excels at account reconciliations, complex cleanups, and full-cycle bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will ensure clients’ financial records are accurate while providing top-tier customer service in both Spanish and English.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Time (CT), full-time (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers using QuickBooks (Full-Cycle Bookkeeping)
Perform account reconciliations for bank statements, credit cards, and loan accounts
Audit and correct historical bookkeeping errors for new clients (Cleanup Projects)
Communicate financial insights and updates effectively to English and Spanish-speaking clients (Bilingual Communication)
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and tax-ready reports (Financial Reporting)
Serve as a proactive point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction and trust
Requirements
Proven track record in bookkeeping, including experience with account cleanups
Professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
Ability to work a consistent full-time schedule in Central Time
Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in problem-solving
Qualifications
Previous experience in a fast-paced, innovative finance or bookkeeping environment is preferred
Enjoys working with numbers and providing actionable financial insights
Takes pride in maintaining “clean books” and supporting growth-minded teams
