Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service tickets and orders using Gorgias software.
- Respond to social media comments and engage in social outreach activities to enhance customer relations and brand visibility.
- Oversee the customer service email inbox, ensuring prompt and effective communication with customers.
- Reach out to customers via email, getting feedback and promoting other product purchases.
- Process online orders with our 3PL, update tracking information, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Assist in Managing TikTok Shop Health
- Manage TikTok Customer Service & Orders
Requirements
- Must have experience with TikTok Shop and its affiliate program
- Proficiency in managing multiple e-commerce platforms simultaneously
- Familiarity with Amazon MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment)
- Proficiency in using Gorgias or similar customer service software
- Strong communication skills in written and verbal English
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Direct experience with 3PL logistics and warehouse management systems
- Experience creating commercial invoices for international orders
