Litigation Intake Specialist

Job Overview
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential litigation funding clients, playing a critical role in the company’s growth trajectory. As the company scales from a period of strategic planning to active deal-making, you’ll manage the full intake process and drive lead conversion. This role offers exposure to the legal and financial services sector while developing expertise in client relationship management and business development. Client Overview
Step into a pivotal position with a well-capitalized litigation funding company ready to scale operations significantly. Following a strategic pause, the company has secured substantial funding and is actively ramping up deal flow. You’ll join during an exciting growth phase, where your work directly contributes to the company’s expansion and success.
 
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive intake processes for potential litigation funding clients
  • Follow up systematically on all incoming leads and inquiries
  • Convert qualified leads into funding deals through relationship building
  • Manage client communication throughout the entire intake process
  • Maintain organized records of all client interactions and deal progress
  • Support business development and client acquisition efforts
  • Handle additional administrative tasks across multiple company entities
  • Contribute to process improvements as operations scale
 
Requirements
  • Experience in client intake, customer service, or sales roles with a focus on lead conversion
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills for sensitive client interactions
  • Ability to handle confidential legal and financial information with discretion
  • Experience with lead management systems and conversion processes
  • Comfortable working in legal or financial services environments
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results
 
Bonus Qualifications:
  • Experience in legal services, financial services, or B2B sales
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking processes
 
Side Note:
This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
