Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage loan details in the Easy Lodge loan management system with precision
- Verify loan calculations and ensure system accuracy for all financial transactions
- Execute monthly recovery processes for interest repayments from borrowers
- Apply interest payments correctly within the loan management system
- Proactively contact borrowers approaching loan expiry dates for extensions or repayment arrangements
- Handle follow-up communications and maintain positive borrower relationships
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols for all financial data
- Support loan portfolio management and administrative functions as needed
