Sales Support Specialist (Real Estate)

Job Overview
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and understanding of sales processes, combined with excellent organizational and administrative skills. This is an 80/20 role, with 80% focused on sales activation and strategy support and 20% on general administrative tasks.

Client Overview
Our client is a successful real estate agent seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Specialist to maximize their sales efficiency and productivity. This role is designed to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to enable the client to focus on high-value sales activities, including client calls and property transactions. 

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Australian business hours, (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and organize targeted call lists for the client based on recent sales, new listings, and buyer activity
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities by analyzing the client's recent transactions and creating actionable follow-up strategies
  • Pull together contact lists from databases and research tools (such as ID services) for specific streets, neighborhoods, or target markets
  • Schedule and block time in the client's calendar for strategic calling activities with prepared lists and context
  • Provide reasons and context for each call list (e.g., "You just sold this property, call these neighbors" or "You have a buyer for this area, contact these streets and etc.")
  • Create and maintain sales strategies to maximize the client's productivity and conversion rates
  • Manage email correspondence and general administrative tasks (approximately 20% of the role)
  • Organize and maintain client databases and contact information - Support the client in staying organized and on top of all sales opportunities
  • Ensure all tasks are completed proactively to keep the client focused on revenue-generating activities. 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales support, sales coordination, or a similar role with exposure to sales processes
  • Strong sales mindset and understanding of sales strategy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively 
  • Proficiency in database management and contact research tools
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with email management and calendar coordination
  • Ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions before being asked 
  • Experience in real estate is a plus but not required

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
