Job Description:

You’ll be the backbone of smooth transport operations, ensuring critical supply chain information flows seamlessly across systems and teams. This role puts you at the center of a global logistics network where your attention to detail directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You’ll work with a dynamic international team while gaining valuable experience in supply chain management and data operations.

Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Hong Kong), with a 1-hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:

• Update shipping dates and arrival information in Asana when goods are shipped and received
• Communicate supply chain updates throughout the end-to-end delivery process
• Transfer and verify data accuracy between Asana, Google Sheets, and carrier systems
• Gather tracking information from carrier websites and provider communications
• Add detailed comments and status updates in Asana to maintain visibility
• Support the transport operations team with transactional administrative tasks
• Escalate exceptions and complex issues to managers and transport specialists
• Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms and systems

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of administrative or data entry experience
• Background in international logistics or supply chain operations
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience in managing large datasets
• Proficiency with Asana and Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
• Comfortable navigating multiple websites and systems
