Job Description: You’ll be the revenue-driving force behind a thriving medical practice where your sales expertise directly impacts business growth and patient outcomes. This role puts you at the center of a cash-based healthcare model where every conversation matters, every lead counts, and your ability to build relationships translates directly into practice success. You’ll work with warm leads and existing patients in a supportive environment where your skills in sales psychology and relationship-building are valued and rewarded.
Schedule: Full-time: 40 hours per week (8 hours daily, Monday-Friday) 9am-6pm

Responsibilities:
- Convert incoming leads into booked patient appointments and treatments through strategic phone outreach
- Generate and manage leads through established CRM workflows and systems
- Upsell and cross-sell existing patients on additional aesthetic and wellness services
- Retain patients by maintaining ongoing relationships and encouraging repeat visits
- Handle patient inquiries about cash-based pricing and payment plan options with confidence
- Communicate effectively about the practice’s out-of-network model without creating barriers
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to booking confirmation
- Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM and EMR systems
- Work independently to consistently generate revenue throughout your entire shift
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of proven sales experience with demonstrated results in lead conversion
- Strong understanding of sales psychology and relationship-building techniques
- Ability to work independently without requiring ongoing supervision or training
- Confidence in handling objections and explaining premium pricing models
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner
- HIPAA compliance knowledge and understanding of medical privacy requirements
- Bonus if you have experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience a plus)
- It helps if you have EMR system experience (Athena system used)
- You bring self-motivation with ability to generate consistent revenue
