Overview
We are seeking a Social Media Marketer to manage their social media presence and conduct community outreach to establish strategic partnerships. This role will focus on creating engaging social media content and building relationships with local organizations to expand the med spa's reach in the community. The client will provide all necessary video content and creative materials for social media campaigns.
Schedule:
- Mon-Fri, 11am to 3pm Pacific

Responsibilities
- Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Create and schedule social media content including reels using client-provided videos and materials
- Conduct outreach to local organizations and community groups via email and occasional phone calls
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with relevant businesses and organizations in the community
- Research potential partner organizations and develop strategic relationship-building initiatives
- Coordinate and support community events and collaborative marketing efforts
- Actively market the med spa's services to potential community partners
- Execute aggressive marketing strategies to expand the business's local presence
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective outreach
- Experience with email marketing and professional correspondence
- Comfortable making occasional phone calls for partnership development
- Ability to conduct research and identify strategic partnership opportunities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or beauty industry is a plus
- Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
