You’ll spearhead the expansion into new market segments for a thriving packaging company with an impressive client roster. This role offers significant earning potential through a base salary plus commission structure, where top performers can generate £300,000 to £1,000,000 in annual sales. You’ll own the complete sales cycle from cold outreach to deal closure, targeting mid-size food service businesses and independent operators who need quality packaging solutions.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, BST, with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic cold calling campaigns to generate qualified leads in the food service sector
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospect contact through deal closure
- Target mid-size restaurants, cafes, and independent food service businesses across the UK
- Achieve ambitious annual sales targets of £300,000 to £1,000,000 per representative
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using HubSpot CRM and company-provided tools
- Develop territory plans and market penetration strategies for assigned segments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
- Track performance metrics and provide regular sales forecasting and pipeline updates
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales with demonstrated ability to close high-value deals
- Strong experience in telesales and cold calling with measurable results
- Ability to manage full sales cycles independently from prospecting to closure
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with professional phone presence
- Results-driven mindset with experience meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets
- Bonus if you have experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
- It helps if you have food service industry knowledge or packaging/supply chain experience
