Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (New Zealand Time), with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Scope:
- Manage approximately 100 client accounts annually
- Work is subject to review by the management team and partners
- Focus on annual accounts and tax return preparation across multiple entity types

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual accounts and tax returns for companies, trusts, and rental properties
- Handle financial statement preparation for diverse client types, including non-profit organizations
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 clients throughout the annual cycle
- Ensure all work meets New Zealand accounting and tax compliance requirements
- Collaborate with managers and partners for work review and quality assurance
Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of New Zealand taxes and regulations
- Senior-level accounting experience (4-10+ years preferred)
- Previous experience working for New Zealand companies
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong technical competency in accounting and tax preparation
- The capability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
