Job Description:

You’ll be the organizational backbone for a multi-business operation, transforming chaos into clarity. Working directly with business owners, you’ll implement systems that turn handwritten lists and mental notes into streamlined digital workflows. You’ll have the autonomy to recommend tools and processes while supporting two partners across diverse business ventures. Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor email inboxes for multiple business owners
  • Implement and maintain digital task management systems across four business entities
  • Coordinate activities and communication between business partners
  • Handle various administrative projects and priority tasks
  • Transform manual processes into organized digital workflows
  • Organize and prioritize tasks across multiple business verticals
  • Provide executive-level administrative support as operations scale
  • Recommend and implement organizational tools and systems

Requirements:

  • Experience as an executive assistant or in similar administrative roles supporting senior executives
  • Proficiency with digital task management and organizational tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working independently in fast-paced environments
  • Bonus if you have experience supporting entrepreneurs or multi-business operations
  • It helps if you’re comfortable recommending and implementing new systems and processes
