Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 1-hour unpaid break | US Eastern Time (ET)
- Paid hours per week: 40 hours

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly
- Schedule patient appointments in the practice’s system
- Collect and enter new patient information and demographics
- Handle patient billing queries and potentially take payments
- Provide a positive and helpful experience for all patients
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE Excellent English and Good Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Comfortable using computer systems and data entry
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities
