Outbound Appointment Setter - Digital Marketing Experience

Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week) Monday to Friday either 9am to 1pm or 10am to 2pm EST

Job Description: You’ll be the driving force behind a multi-channel outbound sales strategy that turns cold prospects into qualified leads. This isn’t about mindless copy-pasting – you’ll use your judgment to adapt messaging, qualify prospects intelligently, and build genuine connections across email, LinkedIn, and phone. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools like Apollo while having the flexibility to think strategically about each prospect interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute targeted email campaigns through Apollo using provided contact lists and messaging templates
  • Conduct strategic LinkedIn outreach including connection requests and personalized follow-up sequences
  • Make qualifying phone calls to high-potential prospects when appropriate
  • Qualify and score leads based on prospect engagement and response patterns
  • Customize messaging templates to match individual prospect needs and communication styles
  • Manage CRM integration to ensure seamless lead tracking and data flow
  • Generate comprehensive daily activity reports documenting outreach efforts and results
  • Optimize email sequence timing and delivery for maximum engagement rates
  • Coordinate multi-channel touchpoints to create cohesive prospect experiences

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with sales prospecting platforms, particularly Apollo or similar tools
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to craft compelling email and LinkedIn messages
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt messaging tone and approach based on prospect responses and industry context
  • Experience managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate lead data
  • Comfortable making outbound phone calls and conducting prospect qualification conversations
  • Self-directed work style with ability to manage priorities independently in a remote environment
  • Available to work consistently during Eastern Time morning hours (9 AM–2 PM)
  • Bonus if you have experience with multi-channel sales sequences and lead scoring methodologies
