Job Overview

You’ll be the backbone of daily content distribution, ensuring consistent brand presence across major social platforms while the creator focuses on high-level strategy and content creation. This role offers direct impact on audience growth and engagement, with the opportunity to learn from an experienced entrepreneur who understands what it takes to build successful digital properties. You’ll work closely with a perfectionist who will help you develop your skills while giving you ownership over critical daily operations.

Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 2PM to 6PM PST

Responsibilities

• Post short-form video clips daily across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok platforms
• Manage social media engagement by responding to comments and building community
• Write compelling email marketing campaigns for subscriber lists and premium subscriptions
• Create engaging captions and optimize hashtags for maximum reach and engagement
• Follow detailed standard operating procedures to maintain brand consistency
• Handle administrative tasks including data entry and subscriber outreach
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach and social media prospecting
• Maintain posting schedules and content calendars with zero missed days
• Support email marketing for Substack subscription service
• Collaborate with team members on content strategy and execution

Requirements

• Fluent English speaking, writing, and comprehension skills
• Proven experience managing Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok accounts
• Strong understanding of social media best practices and audience engagement
• Email marketing experience with subscriber list management
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Marketing knowledge and understanding of content optimization
• Driven personality with strong work ethic and reliability
• Bonus if you have video editing capabilities for potential scope expansion
• It helps if you’re comfortable with content creation tools and platforms

Side Note

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
