Schedule:
- Wednesdays, 12:00 to 4:00 pm, Thursdays and Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (US Central Time), with a 1-hour unpaid break (20 hours per week)

- Drive qualified traffic and build an audience across platforms while managing paid ad campaigns.
- This person feeds the system.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Organic Social Management
- Develop a weekly content calendar
- Post consistently across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
- Tailor messaging per platform
- Create short-form videos and graphics
- Engage daily (comments, DMs, follows)
- Build community and brand awareness
- Paid Advertising
- Launch & manage Meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns
- Optimize based on CTR, CPL, and conversion data
- Report on ROAS and campaign performance
- Collaboration
- Align messaging with 12-Day flagship course
- Coordinate with Growth Manager on landing page alignment
- Ensure traffic flows into the funnel correctly
What This Role Does NOT Do:
- Manage backend automations
- Own funnel optimization
- Handle system integrations
- Edit course infrastructure
