Schedule:
- Wednesdays, 12:00 to 4:00 pm, Thursdays and Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (US Central Time), with a 1-hour unpaid break (20 hours per week)
Core Objectives:
- Own performance of the website, landing pages, and funnels. Interpret data and implement optimizations to increase lead and enrollment rates.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Funnel & Website Optimization
- Monitor landing page conversion rates
- Identify funnel drop-offs
- Recommend and implement improvements
- A/B test CTAs and messaging
- Improve layout and user experience
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track:
- Traffic sources
- Opt-in rates
- Lead-to-enrollment rate
- Email performance
- Funnel abandonment
- Read Google Analytics, GHL dashboards, and Kajabi metrics
- Provide weekly performance reports
- Provide monthly strategic insights
- Implementation Authority
- Execute approved changes
- Coordinate backend changes with Systems Manager
- Ensure tracking remains accurate
What This Role Does NOT Do:
- Build automations from scratch
- Handle daily social posting
- Create course content
- Maintain system infrastructure
- This role improves the performance of the machine
