Job Description
You’ll be the analytical backbone of a growing fitness coaching business, turning subscription data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role combines data analysis with customer service, giving you ownership over critical business metrics while directly supporting customers through their billing journey. You’ll work with cutting-edge fitness industry platforms and have the flexibility to grow with an expanding company that values data-driven decision making.

Schedule: Part-time (20+ hours per week) flexible schedule with preference for availability between 5 AM - 8 PM Eastern Standard Time

Responsibilities

• Generate daily subscription reports tracking new sign-ups, cancellations, and revenue across two specialized CRM platforms (Pono and Everfit)
• Manage customer billing operations including processing cancellation requests and determining eligibility
• Create monthly analytical reports including churn rates, acquisition percentages, and business performance metrics
• Communicate with customers via email regarding billing inquiries and account management
• Standardize reporting capabilities between two different CRM systems to ensure consistent data visibility
• Develop insights from subscription data to support strategic business decisions
• Handle all customer billing inquiries and account management through email and portal systems
• Replicate advanced reporting features across platforms to maximize data utility

Requirements:

• Experience working with CRM systems and generating data reports
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate raw data into meaningful business insights
• Excellent written communication skills for professional customer email interactions
• Ability to quickly learn new software platforms and adapt to specialized industry tools
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time management skills
• Bonus if you have experience with subscription business models or billing processes
• It helps if you’re comfortable working independently in a remote environment
