Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist to drive high-quality lead generation and appointment setting for a performance-focused commercial real estate firm.

This remote role offers the opportunity to work directly with a business owner, contribute to company growth, and earn commissions for achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in commercial real estate prospecting, is self-motivated, and thrives in a results-oriented environment.

 

Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: USD 850
Number of Paid Hours Per Week:
35 hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Pacific Time)
Work Arrangement: Remote
Contract: Full-Time / Performance-based compensation with commissions
Client Timezone: San Fernando Valley, California

 

Independent Contractor

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling campaigns targeting commercial real estate prospects using provided lead lists
  • Generate qualified leads and convert cold prospects into warm opportunities through strategic outbound calling
  • Set appointments and schedule meetings with qualified prospects for the business owner
  • Maintain detailed records of all calling activities, prospect interactions, and lead progression
  • Communicate warm leads and appointment confirmations directly to the client immediately upon generation
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance targets for successful appointments and qualified lead generation
  • Participate in regular one-on-one feedback sessions and performance coaching calls
  • Adapt calling approaches based on prospect responses while following proven scripts and methodologies
  • Work collaboratively with the business owner to refine targeting and messaging strategies
  • Utilize CRM systems and phone dialer technology to maximize calling efficiency and track results

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of real estate lead generation and cold calling experience
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and setting appointments that convert into business
  • Specific experience in commercial real estate prospecting and lead generation is essential
  • Strong English communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and confidently over the phone
  • Comfortable working full-time hours (35 hours/week) during Pacific Time business hours
  • Reliable computer setup and high-speed internet connection
  • Experience with CRM systems and VoIP phone technology
  • Performance-driven mindset with experience in results-based compensation structures
  • Self-motivated, comfortable with direct client communication, and open to regular performance evaluations

Side Note

Candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. Compensation includes a base structure plus commission for appointments and qualified leads.
