About the Role

Our client is seeking a Technical Recruiter with Salesforce expertise to support end-to-end recruitment for enterprise clients. You will work closely with an experienced founder-recruiter, helping to build and manage pipelines for Salesforce and other technical roles.

This role is ideal for someone who understands technical hiring, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

You will start in a part-time capacity, with clear opportunities to grow into a full-time role as the business scales.

About the Client

The client is a growing recruitment and resource augmentation agency working with enterprise-level clients across multiple industries. The business experiences rapid growth during large project wins, often requiring the placement of multiple resources at once.

Schedule: Monday - Friday,  8 am-12 pm Manila time (20 work hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

Technical Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

  • Source and identify high-quality candidates for Salesforce and other technical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Engage passive candidates and manage outreach campaigns

Candidate Screening & Assessment

  • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Evaluate candidates for Salesforce-related roles (e.g., Admin, Developer, Consultant, Architect)
  • Provide detailed candidate insights and recommendations

Candidate Presentation & Documentation

  • Prepare professional candidate summaries and submission reports for clients
  • Format and enhance resumes to align with client expectations
  • Ensure all candidate documentation is accurate, polished, and client-ready

ATS & Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain and update ATS with accurate candidate information, status updates, and notes
  • Track pipeline progress and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Support multiple recruitment projects simultaneously during high-demand periods

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with leadership on daily recruitment priorities and strategy
  • Provide updates on pipeline status, challenges, and market insights
  • Research market trends, talent availability, and salary benchmarks

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical or IT recruitment
  • Proven experience recruiting for Salesforce roles (Admin, Developer, Consultant, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment workflows
  • Solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
