Performance Marketing & Marketplace Specialist

Schedule:

  • Flexible schedule (US Eastern Time, 20 hours per week)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing & Marketplace Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns, marketplace platforms, and social media execution. This role will focus on driving traffic, increasing conversions, and optimizing performance across Google, Meta, and Amazon while supporting overall brand growth.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in digital advertising, marketplace management, and campaign optimization, and can collaborate effectively with designers and SEO/AEO specialists to ensure cohesive marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage marketplace accounts and listings (e.g., Amazon and other relevant platforms)
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
  • Manage and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
  • Set up and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns
  • Oversee and execute social media management strategies
  • Develop clear creative briefs and coordinate with designers for ad creatives and social assets
  • Collaborate with the SEO/AEO specialist to align paid and organic strategies
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve ROI

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads
  • Experience setting up and managing marketplace platforms
  • Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics and optimization strategies
  • Ability to create structured creative briefs for designers
  • Experience collaborating with SEO specialists
  • Strong analytical skills and performance reporting experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
