About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Assistant/Specialist to support our marketing efforts across SEO, Paid Ads, Web management, and social media. This role will suit someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing who can manage campaigns, optimize performance, and assist in driving traffic and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring SEO campaigns, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
• Support Paid Ads campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) including setup, monitoring, reporting, and optimization.
• Maintain and update the website, including content uploads, minor updates, and basic troubleshooting.
• Help create and schedule social media posts across relevant platforms.
• Assist in analyzing digital marketing performance metrics and preparing reports for review.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement marketing strategies.
• Research industry trends and competitor strategies to inform marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in SEO, paid ads, and web management.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics).
• Experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn Ads.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Wix).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.

Tiering for Expertise:

• Mid / Specialist: 3+ years experience; can independently manage campaigns, suggest optimizations, and provide strategic insights.

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
