Job Overview
Our client is seeking a high-caliber Digital Designer (Adobe Creative Suite) to join our fast-paced digital marketing team. This role is central to our creative output, focusing on high-volume, high-impact digital advertising for major automotive brands (OEMs) and dealerships.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of visual assets—from static banners to animated GIFs—ensuring all content is optimized for the Google Display Network, social media, and proprietary dealership platforms.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Sydney, (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Create Google Display Network (GDN) advertisements, including static and animated GIF formats
  • Design social media graphics and animated content for various automotive campaigns
  • Develop website banners and digital assets for dealership websites
  • Resize and adapt campaign assets across multiple formats and platforms
  • Manage small campaign-related tasks and optimization activities
  • Handle monthly promotional design work for OEM offers (priority work during 1st-3rd of each month)
  • Create and resize promotional assets for various automotive brands, including Mazda and other OEMs
  • Respond to ad-hoc design requests throughout the company
  • Work within the client's dashboard to manage and deploy banner content
  • Maintain quick turnaround times for campaign assets in a fast-moving environment

Scope

  • A flexible hours arrangement is possible with core overlap requirements
  • Ongoing role with potential for additional responsibilities as team member transitions to maternity leave mid-year
  • Integration with the existing small digital marketing team structure
  • Direct collaboration with marketing specialists and campaign managers
  • Automotive dealership and OEM client focus across multiple markets

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primary requirement)
  • Experience with animated GIF creation and optimization
  • Understanding of Meta advertising platforms and requirements
  • Automotive industry experience strongly preferred
  • Medium to senior-level design experience (no junior candidates)
  • Ability to work Brisbane timezone hours with significant overlap for communication
  • Figma experience is a bonus but not required
  • Ability to learn proprietary dashboard systems
  • Strong communication skills for campaign coordination
  • Capability to handle high-priority monthly promotional deadlines
