- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (USA), (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage executive email communications using Google Gmail, ensuring priority messages receive immediate attention
- Coordinate and schedule meetings using Google Calendar, optimizing time management and avoiding conflicts
- Prioritize tasks and help streamline workflows to maximize executive productivity and focus
- Organize and manage projects using Basecamp, ensuring all deliverables stay on track
- Proactively follow up on important matters and deadlines, serving as the accountability partner for critical initiatives
- Maintain persistent, direct communication to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Transform disorganized workflows into structured, efficient processes that drive results
- Serve as the organizational hub that keeps all moving parts synchronized and functioning smoothly
Requirements
- Proven proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Calendar) with demonstrated ability to manage complex email systems
- Strong experience with project management tools, particularly Basecamp or similar platforms
- Direct, assertive communication style with the ability to hold executives accountable without being confrontational
- Problem-solving mindset with the capability to handle unexpected issues independently and proactively
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining focus on critical objectives
- Experience supporting executives or senior leadership in an administrative capacity
- Self-motivated professional who thrives in remote work environments and takes ownership of outcomes
