A dynamic sales outsourcing company that manages high-value contracts with major telecommunications providers, including Spectrum, AT&T, and Verizon, as well as B2B point-of-sale systems. This growing startup operates across multiple industries and is expanding its lead generation capabilities to support a diverse client portfolio in the competitive Southern California market.
 
Job Description:
You’ll be the driving force behind qualified lead generation for a multi-contract sales operation working with industry leaders in telecommunications and B2B technology. This role places you at the center of business development activities, where your prospecting skills directly impact revenue growth across high-value client relationships. You’ll have the autonomy to develop systematic lead generation strategies while collaborating with a results-focused team that values efficiency and measurable outcomes.
 
Schedule:
  • Lead list building: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM PST — Research leads and prepare outreach
  • Initial outreach: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM PST — Send DM/email scripts to 20–25 businesses per day

Responsibilities:
  • Generate qualified leads for B2B point-of-sale systems and telecommunications services
  • Conduct strategic cold-calling campaigns to identify and engage potential customers
  • Prospect new business opportunities across multiple client contracts simultaneously
  • Qualify leads specifically within the Southern California market
  • Perform structured outbound calling to build strong sales pipelines
  • Support overall sales operations through consistent lead development activities
  • Maintain high lead-quality standards to ensure strong conversion potential
  • Track and report lead generation metrics and campaign effectiveness
 
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in lead generation and cold calling
  • Background in appointment setting and sales prospecting
  • Strong phone communication skills for B2B outreach
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection for seamless remote work
  • Experience with telecommunications or POS systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-tracking systems is preferred
 
Side Note:
This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
