Sales Development Representative

The Role: Your Impact
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the critical link between our firm’s diverse services—ranging from data analysis and web design to government-level digital strategy—and new clients. You will be the engine of our growth, responsible for generating, qualifying, and scheduling initial meetings with high-potential prospects.
This role demands an organized, knowledgeable, and energetic connector who can articulate the value of complex solutions and navigate the specialized world of public sector proposals.
Core Responsibilities
- RFP & Government Proposals: Identify and manage the submission of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to government organizations. This includes proposals for website design, development, management, and digital ad/content strategy.
- Strategic Partner Support: Collaborate with and support key partners who are pursuing similar government and public sector markets.
- Inbound Lead Nurturing: Qualify and rapidly convert incoming leads from primary funnels (channel partners like Wix and client referrals) into scheduled consultations.
- Outbound Prospecting: Execute outbound efforts by reviewing and reaching out to qualified prospects generated from paid campaigns (LinkedIn and Contra).
- Pipeline Management: Utilize our CRM (HubSpot preferred) to maintain pipeline hygiene, track lead activity, and report on qualification metrics.
What We Are Looking For (Required Skills)
- Experience: 2+ years in sales, business development, or lead generation; government RFP experience highly preferred
- Domain Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of digital marketing and web development highly preferred
- Proposal Writing: Ability to assist in or lead the drafting of digital ad and content proposals tailored to government standards highly preferred
- CRM Expertise: Proven familiarity with HubSpot (preferred) or a similar platform (Salesforce, Pipedrive) for efficient tracking.
- Long-Term Ambition: We are looking for someone with the drive to advance into full Business Development, including project scoping and running lead consultations.
